The training courses offered by the foundation open doors in the automotive industry as well as in various other sectors. The educational foundation not only provides a job, but also ensures that our educational life continues.  After finishing training at the foundation, I went to college and after my graduation I started working as an occupational safety specialist. I would like to thank Coşkunöz Education Foundation, which is the foundation of all my values and personal and professional attributes.

Thanks to the different programs I learned and the technical knowledge I acquired during this training process, I found employment at Coşkunöz Holding. I would like to thank Coşkunöz Education Foundation for giving me the professional tools to be stronger, more confident, talented in my career.

I was a successful person, but since I was a non-technical high school graduate, I could not find a job that suited my abilities. I was accepted to the foundation as the top candidate and after I started my education there, I saw the words of the late Kemal Coşkunöz on the wall: "If I do a job, I must be the best". I felt I had to do something in return as a token of appreciation for the foundation that opened its doors to me without expecting anything in return and its founder. Our teachers were very valuable to us and they put in a lot of effort. I listened to and observed them without even blinking giving my full attention. I graduated at the top of my class finishing the vocational training program provided by the Foundation and Coşkunöz with merit. I started working as 3D measurement operator in the quality department of Kalıp Machinery Factory. I worked hard to get where I am, working as a 3D Measurement Team Leader. I am so happy in the knowledge that the efforts of the late Kemal Hodja and this beautiful foundation he established did not go down the drain.

The intensive technical training I received at the Foundation, Coşkunöz culture that our teachers taught us and the fact that all training was fully integrated in an active factory environment played a vital role in my personal development and vision.

I would like to point out that Coşkunöz Education Foundation has taught me the knowledge and skills for a sustainable career within their "vocational training program".  And I am proud to have been a member of the Coşkunöz Metal Form family for 7 years now. I have no doubt that each of my young friends will resolutely follow the path they believe in with Coşkunöz Education Foundation. I wholeheartedly thank Coşkunöz Education Foundation and the late M.Kemal.
