Grant Program
Believing that our country's economy will also strengthen with the strengthening of vocational education, we aim to process the ores grown in these lands and support professional development projects that shed light on the future of these lands with the ORE Grant Program, which we have implemented. We focus on the professions of the future as a contribution of civil society to the valuable works implemented by the Ministry of National Education and the Council of Higher Education.
We are ready to support our schools and trainers who develop ideas for "Vocational Education" within the scope of this program, which aims to develop and expand vocational education, which is an important agenda of our country today. We stand by those who will contribute to the professions of the future and produce solutions for the development of vocational education.
▷ An Environmentally Friendly, Sustainable Heating Source: Integration of Heat Pump into Vocational Technical Education
Ordu Mehmet Necati Vidinli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School
The project aimed to train qualified intermediate staff for installation and maintenance-repair, to make the school a center of attraction in the field of heat installation, to improve the competence of the teachers of the installation and electrical technology department and to train the students in the school in accordance with today's and future employment conditions. The first Heat Pump Application Workshop in a vocational high school in Turkey was established with the project. Two trainings of trainers were organized for 9 teachers teaching in the school's plumbing department. As a result of the workshops, a curriculum proposal for heat pump training was created.

Konak Çınarlı Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School
Within the scope of the project, which aims to teach Industry 4.0 applications and train qualified human resources for the areas needed by the manufacturing industry, a 3D Design Workshop was established in the school. In order for teachers to adapt to digital transformation and changing manufacturing methods, 66 teachers working at the school received a total of 120 hours of training in 4 different fields.

Burhaniye Vocatıonal Educatıon Center
Teachers who received instructor training within the scope of the project and gained the competence to provide training on electric vehicles, trained 40 teachers from other schools in the region and 23 business owners on the maintenance and service of electric vehicles in the workshop established within the scope of the project. In the workshop established with the project, the students of the school receive Battery Electric Service Personnel training.
▷ Catching the Future with Technological Transformation
Bursa Uludağ University Orhangazi Asil Çelik Vocational High School
Within the scope of the project, 42 trainers received 178 hours of Virtual and Augmented Reality Trainer Training. In order to improve the quality of the education received by students and to train the workforce to adapt to digital transformation in line with the expectations of the industry, a Virtual and Augmented Reality course curriculum was created and added to the university's curriculum as an elective course. The infrastructure of the workshop at the school was improved for the practical trainings. Seminars were organized with the participation of a total of 2474 teachers and students in the province to raise awareness about technological transformation by creating a widespread impact.
▷ Van Savat Silver Embroidery Master Hands Project
Van Vestel Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School
The project aimed to sustain the Savat Silver embroidery, one of the traditional handicrafts of Van province, which was inherited from the Urartians, by using local historical motifs and new technologies. New masters were trained to contribute to the development of this art and to pass it on from generation to generation. One workshop was established in the vocational high school in Van, the required machines were purchased and 496 hours of Savat Silver Embroidery and Jewelry Design training was provided for 2 female teachers and 14 female students.
▷ Training Technicians with Life Cycle Analysis Competence within the Scope of Green Deal
Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Sakarya Vocational School
The project aimed to create a curriculum for the vocational schools of the university in order to train technicians who can take part in life cycle analysis and to increase the competencies of trainers in this field. With the project, a Life Cycle Analysis course curriculum was created and added to the university's curriculum. Life cycle analysis software was purchased to enable technicians to use life cycle analysis computer programs. 2 trainings of trainers were organized for 22 academicians.
▷ Creating an Online Education Platform for Web3 Technologies
Gazi University Faculty of Applied Sciences
The project aimed to increase the digital competencies of university lecturers and students by teaching Web3 technologies. Within the scope of the project, an online training platform was developed by creating training content for Web3 technologies to be used at associate and undergraduate level. A total of 105 hours of training was provided through 5 different trainings for trainers. A total of 250 people, including students and academicians, received training in the project.
