Our technical trainers, together with trainers from partner organizations in Sweden, Türkiye, Finland, Portugal, and Germany, gathered at the Gothenburg Battery Centre to deepen our skills and knowledge in the fields of cell manufacturing and battery integration.
Through the “Train-the-Trainer” programme implemented within the scope of the project, our trainers gained knowledge and carried out practical applications on topics such as battery production, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance practices for batteries, battery production simulations in a factory environment, and diagnostics.
Through international cooperation, we aim to build a competent workforce that supports Europe’s green and digital transitions, while also advancing our technical capacity in battery technologies.BACK
