As part of the ERASMUS+ KA220-VET project, “T-TalentTech - Multidisciplinary Skills for ICT Professionals,” we organized a special workshop for the Turkish leg of the project, which includes universities, companies, and NGOs from Turkey, Italy, Norway, and Portugal. The workshop brought together sector representatives, academics, and vocational high school ICT teachers.
During the workshop, we:
• Analyzed sector trends and updated our training programs in line with current needs.
• Classified and prioritized the most important knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) required in the present and future ICT sector.
• Shared best practices and experiences.
• Took on assignments to develop educational content that will shape the future of the sector.
